1. Course Cancellation

• Once enrolled, courses cannot be cancelled by the learner.
• The Compass reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course in exceptional cases (trainer unavailability, technical reasons, insufficient enrolments). In such cases, learners will be offered an alternative batch or course.

2. Refund Policy

• Strictly No Refunds will be issued for any reason, including:
  • Non-attendance or incomplete course participation.
  • Change of mind after enrolment.
  • Technical issues at the learner’s end (device, internet, etc.).

3. Transfers

• Course enrolments are non-transferable to another person.

4. Disputes

• Any disputes related to this policy will be subject to Indian law and the jurisdiction of courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
